"If you want deals you have to use the app even if your standing in the shop, 1/2 of one of our pizzas had a burnt base. And we went for the valentine's Nutella pizza with strawberries, unfortunately we couldn't eat this as the strawberry knife had been used to cut onions and guess what the strawberries tasted of onions. On the plus side I've had good pizza here before and will try one more time."

"Ordered 2 pizzas through Uber eats, where it says 15-35 min delivery for £1.99. Had to call twice to check on progress as it was going over 40min. We were told it will take at least another 30 minutes and we will be given complimentary drink. (1 can of Coke!) We finally received the order 1.5 hours later and the can of coke was boken making all packeging wet all over. Disappointing. Needless to say, never again."
"Do Not Place any orders with Fireaway Kingston on UberEats, they use Their own drivers and are too greedy to cancel the order. Took over 100 minutes for the Order to arrive, so we refused it and got a refund. When we called after 50 minutes from the initial order, we were told the food was only just starting to be prepared and would arrive in 20 minutes, it didn’t arrive anywhere close to that time. Never ordering from here again and would leave zero stars if possible. Were very rude on the phone, not even a sorry. Simply don’t care about customers."
"Some of the best pizza I've had, and for a great price. Margarita and a drink for a fiver with the student deal is insane, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Open til late so perfect as some late night food. Can't even describe how much I love this place. Top notch, best place around."
