Welcome to GMF Graden's Martial Fitness, located at Lyn Parade in Prestons, Australia. Established in 2010, TeamGMF is a personalized school that values the power of teamwork, a family-friendly community, and hard work. Our institution offers a range of programs designed to help each student and member discover their own capabilities and achieve their personal goals, whether it be excelling in competitive bodybuilding, obtaining a black belt in martial arts, transforming their body, or building self-confidence. Moving to our new location in Prestons was a significant step for GMF, as it allows us to continue serving and giving back to the community while facilitating the growth of our institution. We wanted to create a space where TEAMGMF members could feel welcomed and truly part of our family, and that's exactly what GMF2.0 represents to us.
