Masuya Restaurant, located on O'Connell Street in Sydney, is a truly unique establishment that combines delicious food with a rich cultural history. Situated in a building designated as a cultural asset, Masuya occupies the same space where Kanematsu Gosho, a pioneer of Australia-Japan trades, had his office in 1980. Since its opening in 1993, Masuya Restaurant has continuously evolved to provide an exceptional dining experience. In 2006, a full renovation was implemented, breathing new life into the space. One of the standout features is the approximately five-meter-long sushi counter, designed by architect Robert Toland.
