His journey as a paediatrician began at the renowned Royal Alexandra Hospital for Children in Camperdown, where he honed his skills after completing his residency at the esteemed Royal North Shore Hospital. In 1984, Dr Mike and his wife Sharon made the decision to settle in the Macarthur Region, where they raised their six children. It was during this time that Dr Mike started working at Campbelltown Hospital, eventually assuming the role of Head of Paediatrics from 1986 to 2013.
