In 2002, I obtained my Certificate 3 qualification while working as an assistant in various age groups, and in 2000, I became a Lead Educator for the Nursery under 2's. Continuing my education, I completed my Diploma in 2005, and in 2012, I embarked on the path to become an Early Childhood Teacher, achieving my Bachelor's degree in children's services in 2015. During my tenure as Acting Centre Manager, I also served as the Educational Leader and Early Childhood Teacher for our centre.
