Apparently our fire, after a chimney sweep,needed some parts. 6 weeks later when WE had to contact them they explained they were still looking for the parts. The next two weeks were us leading whatever communication there was and now they have washed their hands of us. This could have been solved well before the onset of winter if their communication and service was better. Definitely won't be going back to them after being loyal for 10 years."
