We use clean rinse water, not recycled, in every wash cycle at least twice. Our dedicated cleaners also perform routine sanitizing and extra hot wash cycles if necessary.

Have feather or down duvets that need washing? We've got you covered. With our minimum 18kg washers, you can safely wash most feather duvets on a gentle warm or normal warm cycle. And to help with drying, simply put in 2 clean tennis balls to break up the feathers. Always remember to check the care label first for specific washing instructions.

Wondering about the temperatures of our machines? We've got that covered too. Our washers have different temperature cycles, ranging from cold/woollens/delicate cycles (less than 15°C) to warm cycles (less than 40°C) and hot cycles (less than 65°C). Please note that the temperature displayed on the washers is just an indication for the hot cycles. The actual temperature can vary depending on factors such as distance from the hot water heaters and room temperature.

For our furry friends, we have dedicated animal blanket machines. These 28kg super large washers come with special pet blanket wash cycles, including extra pre-wash and rinse steps. If you need to use bleach for washing duvets, make sure to check the care label first. Up to a cup of bleach can be used if the duvet filling is feather or down, but only on a warm gentle wash cycle for safety. Wool items, on the other hand, can be washed on a cold gentle wash cycle (cycle 5) but cannot be tumble dried. They need to be air-dried, preferably flat.

For wool-filled duvets or woolrests, it is crucial to check the care label first. Most of these special filled duvets can be washed, but only on a gentle cold cycle. These items cannot be dried and need to be air-dried only.
