Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene is our top priority. Our machines are regularly washed and sanitized, ensuring that you have a clean and safe environment to do your laundry. We use clean rinse water, which is not recycled, in every wash cycle at least twice. Additionally, our cleaners perform routine sanitizing and extra hot wash cycles if necessary.

We understand that your laundry needs may vary, which is why we cater to different types of items. If you have feather or down duvets, you can wash them in our machines. We recommend using a minimum 18kg washer and checking the care label for specific instructions. Most feather duvets can be washed on a gentle warm or normal warm cycle, and dried in our dryers on high temperature. To aid in drying, you can also place 2 clean tennis balls in the dryer, as they help break up the feathers.

Our washers and dryers offer various temperature settings, ensuring that your laundry is treated with care. The temperature ranges from cold/woollens/delicate cycles (less than 15°C) to hot cycles (less than 65°C). Please note that the displayed temperature on the washers is only an indication for hot cycles. The water heaters are set at least 75°C, so by the time the water reaches the machines, it would be at least 60°C. Always refer to the care label for specific temperature requirements.

For our customers with furry friends, we have dedicated animal blanket machines available at many of our laundromats. These 28kg super large washers have special pet blanket wash cycles, which include extra pre-wash and rinse steps. These heavy-duty cycles can also be used for extra dirty laundry. Please check our website's locations page to find out if your nearest laundromat has this option.

If you need to use bleach to wash your duvets, please check the care label first. Up to a cup of bleach can be used, but only if the duvet filling is feather or down (not wool). It is recommended to use a warm gentle wash cycle or, if you prefer, a hot wash cycle. Wool items, on the other hand, can be washed on a cold gentle cycle (Cycle 5) and should not be tumble dried. They need to be air dried, preferably flat.

If you have wool-filled duvets or woolrests, they can be washed in our machines. However, it is crucial to use a gentle cold cycle for these items, as they cannot be dried. They must be air dried only.
