"The experience both my wife and I had was not good ! One person saying yes we fit floor tiles and another saying another day "no we don't ". Also no promised call back , hardly great customer care and service. We went to Harrisons Flooring who advised us and took care of the work and left the worry out . All I can say to Xtra is work hard to get your team trained up so your business reputation grows!"
"I was most disappointed at having to pay a minimum charge of $340 to have a contract carpet layer re stretch our bedroom carpet and join three door ways. It took him 1 1/2hrs. He made a nice job and most apologetic. We were a past customer, having bought our carpet and vinyl, for our house. I would not recommend asking them for a carpet layer or doing busines with them again."
