"I can’t believe what they have done to my car this is unacceptable. Different colour, they paint half of the door I don’t know why and it has scratches on the new paint. Not even similar the colour."
"it was pretty good, although I felt it was quite expensive for the repair that was done - it was an insurance job though so, only cost me my excess. the ladies on the front counter were nice enough, and the wait time to get in was only a couple of days - in the past I waited over a month for a repair at a panel beaters in papamoa. they finished the repair quickly too. only complaint I have is that they charge you for a loan car - the other panel beaters I've been to will give you a free loan car while yours is being repaired, but these guys wanted about $40 a day for a loan car. they did wash my car before returning it so that was good."

"The lady at reception is so rude. She told me I could have a courtesy car as soon as my claim for insurance was approved. I called as soon as it eas and she told me no I can’t have one until the parts arrive and the work is done. I’m now stuck paying $350 a week for a rental until this happens. She was so rude about it too and got snarky when I caught her out for changing what she said. Would never go back here again."
