"Early in December we bought a mattress from Bed R Us, Mount Maunganui, and can’t speak highly enough of the incredible customer service we received. Denise listened to our requirements and then showed us the best options for us. We were impressed with her vast knowledge, and also appreciated the fact she didn’t pressure us to buy. We then checked out mattresses at other business’s, and were horrified at the pressure tactics we received. We remembered Denise’s lovely manner and promptly returned to buy a Sleepyhead Chiropractic mattress. The mattress has now been installed, (we are delighted with our purchase) and a visit to the Tauranga store for a new mattress protector also offered the same quality of customer service. Thank you Denise (also Tauranga girls) for the great service. Word of mouth means a lot, we have already recommended to our friends."
