Unfortunately the lady in store at the time didn't really inform me much on how to use and handle the device, which led to me having to go back multiple times this week as I was having quite a few issues. Gotta say now though, that mother-daughter-duo working in store is exceptional!!!!! Awesome customer service, helpful, knowledgable and took their time to troubleshoot with me and explain everything to me!!! Couldn't be more happy with them!
