"Friendly courteous staff, but.... I'm a first time hybrid owner, I went in to the service desk and said I'd noticed reduced efficiency in the EV since the cold weather started. I don't think I was listened to or their service desk training on hybrids isn't up to scratch. They suggested diagnostics test so I booked it in. On day I took it in what I had said previously was not written down on booking slip, something else was. I said it again. They took it in, and later told me diagnostics was all fine, and that it was a known part of hybrids and EV that they don't perform quite as efficiently in the cold due to several factors including heating etc. So basically I paid $142 to be told what I had told them, was a normal part of owning a hybrid . Couldn't they have told me that when I went in with the enquiry? Disappointed I didn't get good advice after buying my signature new import."
