"Wanted to replace shower in September 2017 and it is now May 2019 - Took 9 months for someone to come and look at the job I required - after another 9 months still have not heard back. Rang numerous times and still no action! So finally decided to change to tiled shower as needed to have custom made and could be commenced in 7 weeks. Now not replying to the contractor I had employed!! He has tried 6 times to get a price for a shower door!! Absolutely would not deal with now and would definitely not recommend. Perhaps you could get some advice from Shower Solutions on customer service - they had a price which I have accepted within 4 days with a turnaround of 5-7 days once ordered."
