"I bought a Bose 900 smart soundbar and it has an issue. I dropped it off at the Hastings branch at 1:45pm Tuesday and it still hadn't been looked at when I called after lunch on Wednesday. Once I complained to head office, I got a call within minutes saying someone was looking at my soundbar. They asked me to come in and explain the problem, which I promptly did (taking time off work). After listening to the soundbar for a few minutes I was informed the problem couldn't be found. I then took it home and heard the issue again within minutes. I'll be taking it back tomorrow since the issue is still there. After reading the reviews, and from my own experience, Noel Leeming Hastings will not be getting my repeat business. Update: I got a refund from Noel Leeming and went to Harvey Norman and bought a Samsung Q990B..."
