"I went their last time the service was nice around 9-10 months ago from Sophie. I went their recently again and I already informed them that my hair are long and they agreed to fit me in (wash and blow dry) but the service given to me by one of the ladies was really rude. :( Huge disappointment!!!"
"Lack of transparency for pricing up-front and hairdresser ended up doing other services I hadn't agreed to. I went in for half-head foils only and Natalie ended up doing Balayage which I wasn't aware of until half-way through my session. She only mentioned the pricing for the Opalex treatment, which I thought was only a little bit extra $$$ Ended up being charged more than double what I had originally expected, unless the pricing on their website is incorrect? My advice would be to ask for their services and pricing upfront when they keep recommending things to you, because there seems to be a breakdown in communication involved."
