We went into our local branch, Hastings and dealt with Connor. He was so obliging, rang other stores etc and did what he was able to help. Result being that a shipment was due in approx 1 month, and we were to come back then for replacement. We went back as my son was a little unsure about waiting that long. We were then given the option to hand in the RC car and select anything else to the value of...... Fantastic service, very happy young boy, great sales team and so helpful!
