"Helen takes a lot of care in making sure I understand what is happening during my visits. She gets the job done very fast and efficiently whenever I come here. Really affordable dental and the lady at the reception is lovely."
"Such an amazing dentist. Highly recommend. Lady on reception was also so lovely, thank you so much for being able to fit me in quickly. You’re a star Helen!!"
"THIS PLACE NEEDS INVESTIGATING! I was seen by Helen Cho who was extremely rough with no bedside manner. Took nearly 2 hours to remove 2 teeth, which she had still left a tooth chip in my gum. She has cut the inside of my mouth, this whole ordeal is more painful than the actual tooth ache. Helen was also very rude to her dental assistant. It has been a few days and my jaw is still very sore and swollen. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AND DON'T RECOMMEND."
"Highly recommend from the moment you are greeted professionally and friendly office staff, my appointment was dead on time. Once again was having two teeth removed and Helen and her dental assistant were very patient and did a great job comforting me and making sure I was comfortable and in no pain or stress. top marks for as job will did with a nervous and stressed patient, had a few laughs and made the experience so much better. Great personality by Helen and her team, great job on my teeth after such a difficult extractions for you . thanks you Helen and her staff."
"I had an appointment with Ken Joe early in December. As soon as he had instruments in hand, and into my mouth, he stabbed the inside of my mouth. I heard him go "oh", but no apology came forth, and I actually tasted blood. I accept mistakes, but an apology would have been nice at this stage. Ken was quite rude to his female dental assistant. I wish I had said something before leaving. Really felt for her with the way he spoke to her. Some of his equipment wouldn't work. He gave up saying he had finished anyway. On the up, and the only up, was that he was reasonably priced. However, I will not be going back to this dentist."
