"Hired a suit for the recent ball, staff neglected to inform me about the surcharges i would need to pay if the suit was not returned on time. Before you think that this should just be common sense, i am a 17 year old boy from a not so well off family so this kind of thing is very new to me after getting a job. The staff also attempted to charge me an extra $90 dollars despite the fact the the suit was only returned 4 days late with a $10 dollar daily surcharge rate."
