"First time I've used a BnB, and it was great. Hidden Gem is quiet, secure and close the hockey turf, island park (which I highly recommend). The location is great, not to far, not to close to everything in the region. Our room was perfect for our 3 night stay, the shower was lovely with an overhead rainshower head. Warm and comfortable. No parking problems unlike alot of motels. Best of all Hidden Gem is pet friendly and with island park down the road, all k9 owners should check it out. Thank you Lisa and whanau, I'm now a true BnB convert."

This accommodation was both functional, very clean neat and tidy, with great facilities, very modern. It had everything we needed. We had the perfect host, warm, friendly, welcoming and very easy to deal with. They have paid a lot attention to customer needs.
