"Went to visit in December 2022. Had a lot of things I was going to buy but the lady in the shop was exceptionally rude. My 11 yo son picked up a very small stuffed kiwi he wanted to buy and wound it up a little to see if it worked (he bought one 2 days before at a different souvenir shop and it didn't work). The lady, in an aggressive tone asked him if he was going to buy it and when he said he didn't know she demanded he give it to her as it was not a toy and that is how things get broken. The lady was rude, abrasive and had no idea how to treat customers. Happily spent my money at a different souvenir shop. I would not recommend based only on the attitude of this one lady."
