"I cannot overstate how terrible my experience with AMS was. We had an agreed delivery date, and I had driven from Christchurch to Dunedin to unpack my things. Not only did they not tell me they could not deliver that day. When I called them to ask what was going on they would not let me know they were not going to deliver that day. I spent a whole day and then some waiting for them to call me. Later the next day they said they could not deliver my things. I ended up staying in a hotel. The pick up and delivery crews did their job well, but the customer service was beyond awful."
