"I decided to step outside my comfort zone and take on some of the great walks New Zealand has to offer. Choosing where to buy gear was tricky with so many stores to choose from. Macpac in Dunedin have been exceptional and I have purchased the majority of my gear from there. The customer service has been outstanding and also the pricing of their gear is competitive. I'm not one to shop solely on price though. If I get great service I'll keep going back. Macpac Dunedin you are absolute champs!!"
"I was really impressed with my first visit to the Macpac Dunedin store. The customer service was exceptional. Really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Had some good banter too, which was cool. 2nd visit, same deal. Excellent customer service, really happy with the quality of the clothing purchased and decent sale prices too. Third visit to the store... Not so good, staff nowhere to be seen, so I went looking for what I was after. Couldn't find it, and hadn't been approached by staff who by this stage were talking amongst themselves at the counter, so I walked out and went to Kathmandu. 2 out of 3 ain't bad, I'll most likely be back again soon."
