We successfully negotiated contracts with participating teams, rugby unions, venue agreements, funding agreements, and supplier arrangements, ensuring the success of this exciting event.

We have also acted for Te Rarawa and Ngai Takoto in negotiating a groundbreaking joint venture with Landcorp for Sweetwater Farms, one of Northland's largest dairy operations. This venture resulted from their recent Treaty of Waitangi settlement, and we provided advice on governance and limited partnership arrangements.

Furthermore, we assisted King Avocado in selling its Northland avocado operation, the largest in New Zealand, to Vulpes Agricultural Land Investment Company Pte, a Singapore-based agricultural investment fund. Our expertise in commercial transactions and negotiations ensured a smooth and successful sale.
