Janine, Prachi and the team look after my regular business trips with ease, and when we changed covid levels they were incredibly proactive and contacted me after-hours to let me know what options they had sorted for me. A few minutes after I had landed they rang me to say they had rebooked me on another flight home! This was done at no charge and it took the stress out of everything.
