"I needed to send a large aerial hoop to Waiheke Island from Hawkes Bay. The Post Shop wouldn't even give me a quote, so after a friend recommended Pack & Send, I called in and spoke to Ruth. She was so helpful and friendly and gave me a quick price over the phone. I dropped off the hoop on a Thursday afternoon at 3pm. It was delivered by 11:30am to Auckland the following day. (It was decided to send to AKL instead, as it was a delivery option and far cheaper and the recipient could collect the hoop from a family member.) Ruth provided a tracking link via email AND also tracked it, providing me with an email update when it had been delivered. Incredible service, such warm and lovely owners. I will definitely be back!"
