"It's a shame to see what was once a family business with values and a culture that appreciated customers and respected their furniture has lost all. Previously, i would have suggested them every time to anyone who needed a removal company. But now I will never use them again or recommend them. To many things damaged to mention but the main problem was the process in getting quotes etc to repair scratched furniture, fix sculptures had to be undertaken by us and no compensation. We were just treated as a number and not cared for, no official apology, no letter of process rectified, just the least amount of money put in the account to shut you up and move onto the next one."
