"Having spoken to these guys on the phone several times I would not trust them. They immediately jump to worst case scenarios and thousands of dollars in the blink of an eye and dont try to be helpful, more like bullying and taking you for as much cash as possible. They come from the "throw the whole thing away and start again" drama queen mentality to line their pockets with .... and don't think about the small things nor do they ask you the questions or help do the research or even appear to have the knowledge to help diagnose the problem. Just money boys and I for one won't go near types like that. Having read their response you can see thru are playing the public for fools. They tell them worst case scenario and terrify people saying it's a terrible situation when in reality it's only a small thing. In the meantime they've screwed the customer out of thousands using fear."
