From the first experience (Christine on reception / phones), through to Steve (assessing damage etc) - the service and customer experience has been nothing short of outstanding. Steve has gone out of his way to talk me through the process, arrange loaner car, sort out a couple of other issues with my car etc - nothing's been a problem, in fact Steve's handled with extremely good humour & professionalism. Just outstanding. Anyone writing dodgy reviews about this business are talking through their backsides, as there's just no way that the staff don't provide awesome service and results. "Poor workmanship and extremely rude we are not happy with the job and the way the car was returned to us. They lied and made things up to get out of fixing there mistakes.
