With years of experience and a passion for assisting others, I, Jenny Oakley, have always been a pioneer and entrepreneur. I pride myself on staying ahead of conventional methods in everything I do and teach. My background and personal experiences, including overcoming numerous tragedies and challenges, have provided me with invaluable knowledge and insights that I utilize in my work and the solutions I offer.

Since starting my General Psychology Practice in 1987, I have worked with individuals from all walks of life and age groups. I have received referrals from doctors and surgeons, specializing in Health Psychology and Personal Development. Additionally, my competitive sporting background, where I have achieved success in winning New Zealand Age Groups and Women's titles in Squash and Tennis, led me to become the first Registered Psychologist specializing in Sports in New Zealand. Through a scientific-based approach, I have helped teams and individuals maximize their winning performances across various sports.

Building on my success in these areas, I developed the "Power of Focus" Program, which has been implemented by companies throughout New Zealand and New Zealand. This program aims to enhance focus, creativity, and energy levels in both business and personal lives. Alongside this, I continue to run my Private Practice, providing personalized assistance to individuals.

After a necessary break following the 2011 earthquake, during which I focused on rebuilding my home and office and attending to family matters, I am excited to announce the re-establishment of my business in Christchurch.
