Co-Live 33 boasts a recently refurbished building with 57 fully furnished rooms, ensuring that every resident feels at home. Each bedroom is equipped with excellent quality beds, drawers, wardrobes, and a fridge/freezer. Additionally, all bedrooms feature a built-in vanity unit or sink, with many offering the added convenience of ensuite bathrooms for exclusive use.

Our rooms come in a variety of sizes to cater to different preferences and budgets. Single rooms range from $190 to $250 per week, while double rooms range from $210 to $380 per week for a single person, with an additional $50 for couples. For those seeking extra privacy, we offer single ensuite rooms starting from $230 and double ensuite rooms starting from $260.

At Co-Live 33, we prioritize cleanliness and hygiene. Residents are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their rooms and clean up after themselves in communal areas. We provide generous communal spaces, including spacious lounges, a dining room, a separate TV room, a brand-new kitchen with nine stovetops and four double sinks, an additional kitchenette, and a co-working office space. Outside, our patios lead to beautifully manicured gardens overlooking the nearby reserve.

To ensure your comfort throughout the year, our property features central heating, while the main living areas are equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, we provide a laundry room with five washing machines and ten dryers, available for residents' use.

For residents with vehicles, limited onsite parking is available for an extra charge. We strive to create a vibrant community at Co-Live 33, with an average resident age of around 30. However, we welcome individuals who are a good fit for our property, regardless of age.
