"If you have the choice to go somewhere else, definitely do that. My partner was advised by the practice that getting a prescription written for her over a phone appointment that lasted 3 minutes would be around $40. A $102 invoice later has us pretty appalled by the treatment and lack of clarity they have in their own ranks about what they should be charging their patients. My partner is from over seas, disclosed that information and was still advised of a cheaper cost than what it was. Goes totally against the Consumer Guarantees act but there's no point trying to argue that with stupid."

"Received a covid test here today. I was not an enrolled patient, but the three staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I had intended to get a throat swab, however the Dr explained that the nasal test was more accurate and how it should be done properly. I agreed to that and was very impressed with how it went."
