He just sends you a reminder via text and you just put yours out for the usual collection; he'll come the next day and Bob's your uncle. I'm hoping he'll continue to do the same this year. "Cannot recommend Mr Bin highly enough. I trialed a once off clean of all three bins and was impressed with the quality of the clean. Today I booked a quarterly clean, last minute, not expecting the bins to be able to be cleaned until next rubbish cycle (2 weeks away). Norman responded promptly and was able to fit my two bins in between jobs.
