"My tyre was punctured and unrepairable. It was replaced with a new one using my tyre insurance(best offer i got from tony's tyre). After new tyre was installed, i was asked if i like to apply for insurance for my new tyre which i said yes. But the system(or internet) is not working that time so i was asked to go back the next day, so i did but system is still not working and was told that i will just be rang when its fixed. It has been almost 3 months now and i havent recieved any calls yet."
