"I have gone sporadically over the years. I get charged more than a friend who goes regularly. I was not made to feel welcome at all. No drink offered. Stylist more focused on foot traffic thru window. Put it down to a bad day til another customer came for a free trim, which stylist then interrupted my cut for and was all smiles and chat with her. Style was not what was agreed. No finishing product used. Will find somewhere else where $85 feels like money well spent. And yes, the stylist was the owner of this salon."
