"Due to border closures and whatnot, our booking with Bargain Rental Cars had to change several times. Each time the staff were super friendly and happy to assist us. Picking up/dropping off the car in Christchurch was also a wonderful and friendly experience, the staff were fantastic, explained everything very well, even demonstrated the snow chains for us. They even showed us an error that we'd accidentally paid for windscreen protection twice and refunded us the difference. The car, a Toyota corolla sedan, didn't skip a beat. It got the four of us with all our luggage everywhere we needed to go without any problems, it managed the slush of the road going to the ski fields just fine. 10/10 would use Bargain Rental Cars again"
