Our esteemed doctors, Drs Aitken, Brown, Marr, and O’Gorman, have a significant number of patients, which is why they are only available to see their enrolled patients. If you are not enrolled with them, we kindly request that you do not book an appointment with these GPs. Our friendly reception staff will be happy to assist you in switching your enrolment to a GP with more availability.

For non-standard appointments, please note that these are not subsidised by the Ministry of Health, and full fees apply. We always strive to inform our patients of the costs at the time of booking, and you can find a comprehensive fees list on our website.

To ensure the safety of our patients, we kindly ask that everyone wears a mask in the waiting room. This simple measure helps protect our vulnerable patients who may be present in the waiting area.

Excitingly, we reserve 20% of our appointments for acutely unwell patients. These appointments are not visible for online booking via MyIndici, so please call our practice to schedule these urgent appointments.

During the winter season, we often receive numerous requests to see patients with viral illnesses. While many of these cases can be managed at home, we ensure to reserve appointments every day for those in urgent need of medical assessment. If required, we can provide a nurse off work certificate for your workplace.

Please note that triage, advice, and telehealth calls incur a fee. For more information on these services and what they can be used for, please visit the relevant link on our website. However, please refrain from messaging your GP to make an appointment, as our GPs do not have the capacity to respond to these requests promptly.
