Welcome to Co-Live Hamilton, a shared living institution nestled in the heart of Hamilton, New Zealand. Located on Boundary Road, our establishment offers a unique and characterful living experience that is both comfortable and convenient.
Situated in the charming suburb of Claudelands, Co-Live Hamilton is just a short stroll away from the vibrant city center. Our 31 fully furnished rooms are housed in a beautiful building set back off the road, providing a peaceful and serene environment for our residents.
Each of our bedrooms is thoughtfully equipped with excellent quality beds, ample storage space, a fridge/freezer, and a kettle. Many rooms also feature a built-in vanity unit and sink, adding an extra touch of convenience. With a range of room sizes available, we offer single-bed rooms priced between $180 and $220 per week, and double-bed rooms priced between $220 and $260 per week for individuals, with an additional $50 charge for couples.
At Co-Live Hamilton, we believe in maintaining a clean and hygienic living space. We expect our residents to take responsibility for their rooms and to clean up after themselves when using the communal areas. Our institution boasts a spacious lounge room, a sunroom, a large dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with three separate oven/cooktops. Additionally, we provide a laundry room with two free washing machines and two coin-operated dryers, as well as a clothesline outside.
While limited onsite parking is available for an extra charge, street parking is also conveniently located nearby. The average age of our residents is around 30, but we welcome individuals of all ages who are a good fit for our property.
