"Bad customer service. The lean, black haired girl with piercings was really rude. She was making a face the whole time, made us feel unwelcome. When I went to check out and greeted her, she ignored my greeting, not even looking up, impatiently tapped on the counter and said “just put it here”. I get it that sometimes people have a bad day, but when you’re working in customer service, it is your job to be more helpful and professional. (The other staff working the same shift with her was ok)"

"I bought a harness online and only got an email saying my order was being processed. I never got a shipping email or an email saying my order was delayed or anything. I sent 3 separate emails and a facebook message asking what was going on with my order. Over a month later they finally responded saying it would be shipped or refunded if not in stock. The website says in stock and the harness is even on sale. I'm so angry and disappointed that no one replied back for over a month and I'm not getting my order. I'm honestly never buying from dangerfield online again. This was not good enough and not worth it."
