Welcome to AislingQuoy, a field of dreams nestled in the picturesque countryside of North Canterbury, New Zealand. Located in Amberley, Maskells Road, 148, our organically run smallholding offers a unique lodging experience for those seeking tranquility and a connection to nature.

The name AislingQuoy holds a special meaning as it represents a vision or dream (Aisling) combined with an enclosed area for animals (Quoy) in Gaelic and Orcadian languages. This reflects our commitment to creating a sustainable and harmonious environment where animals thrive and dreams come to life.

Our small farm is dedicated to sheep and goat dairy and cheese production. We also raise and breed pigs, chickens, and ducks, tend to vegetable gardens, and maintain a small orchard. Our goal is to produce most of our own food while also providing a small surplus for the local community.

You are invited to wander around our beautiful farmlet, interact with our friendly animals, and discover peaceful spots to relax and admire the stunning scenery. Whether you are a nature enthusiast, a food lover, or simply seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of city life, AislingQuoy offers a tranquil rural setting with easy access to both Christchurch and the Waipara region.
