"I needed something very small for a ceremony my brother and I planned for our mum: a single helium balloon. I called balloon party box (on a sunday) and they had my balloon ready (with a spare just in case!) within minutes. I know this wasnt the type of request they would ideally want, but they were really nice about it and I thought it was so kind that they were willing to do this for me - I really appreciate it!
