"I called Andrea on a Saturday and booked an appointment for the following Wednesday; I gave her my name and phone number. The day before the appointment, I called and left a message confirming my appointment day and time and asked her to call me if there were any changes. I left my name and phone number. I would have to take a half hour bus ride and then a lengthy walk in +27 degrees to reach the studio. Then all again after my appointment. Thankfully, a friend offered to drive me; I arrived a few minutes before my appointment to find a note on the door. Due to unforeseen circumstances, she had to cancel my appointment. WHY didn’t she phone me ??? My number works, no problem receiving calls. I tried to contact her the following day but only received voicemail."
