Our highly trained district nurses provide a wide range of services, often visiting patients in the comfort of their own homes. Working closely with allied health staff, such as physiotherapists and occupational therapists, our district nurses offer expert assessment, management, support, and education to ensure optimal patient care.

With 16 bases spread across the Waikato District Health Board area, our district nurse teams are easily accessible to those in need. However, please note that referral to our services is only possible through your GP or hospital service. All referrals must come through the Community Regional Referral Centre, and self-referrals are not accepted.
