Our team of highly experienced doctors, including Drs Aitken, Brown, Marr, and O’Gorman, have a significant number of patients under their care. As a result, they are only available to see their enrolled patients. If you are not enrolled with these GPs, we kindly request that you refrain from booking appointments with them. Should you prefer to switch your enrolment to a GP with more availability, our friendly reception staff will be happy to assist you.

Please note that non-standard appointments, which are not subsidised by the Ministry of Health, will incur full fees. To ensure the safety of our patients, we kindly ask that you continue to wear a mask in our waiting room. This precautionary measure helps protect our vulnerable patients who may be present in the waiting area.

We have exciting news for our acutely unwell patients! We reserve 20% of our appointments each day specifically for their urgent needs. These appointments cannot be booked online via MyIndici, so please contact our practice directly to secure one.

During the winter months, we often receive numerous requests to see patients with viral illnesses. While many of these cases can be managed at home, we reserve daily appointments for those in most need of a medical assessment. If necessary, we can provide a nurse off work certificate for your employer.

Please be aware that triage, advice, and telehealth calls incur a fee. For more information on how to use these services and what they can be utilized for, please refer to the relevant section on our website. Urgent queries should not be sent via messaging, as our GPs may not have the capacity to respond promptly.

Lastly, we would like to acknowledge that we are currently experiencing high demand for our services, occasionally coupled with staff shortages.
