Jai, one of our energetic and enthusiastic physiotherapists, has extensive experience in sports physiotherapy and acute injury management. With five years of experience in an Accident and Emergency facility, Jai has treated a wide range of injuries, including severe lower back pain, acute bone fractures, and post-surgery rehabilitation. Jai's passion lies in making a difference in people's lives by helping them reach their goals, whether it's improving performance or recovering from an injury. He is trained in various techniques such as dry needling (acupuncture), manipulations, strapping, cupping, and general physiotherapy techniques.

Ernest, another member of our team, graduated as a physiotherapist from AUT University. He is a highly motivated individual with a strong vision to provide the best care and successful outcomes for his patients. Throughout his career, Ernest has worked alongside other health practitioners, including Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, and Podiatrists, to treat a wide range of injuries and disabilities. He has a special interest in postural rehabilitation and providing lifestyle advice to improve quality of life. Ernest continuously seeks ongoing education to enhance his skills as a physiotherapist and is proficient in joint mobilization, soft and deep tissue manipulation, strapping, and exercise prescription.

Kirsten, the newest member of our team, joined Enhance Physio in January 2020. She graduated from the Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy. Kirsten is bright and enthusiastic, and she has a passion for finding the perfect activity or rehabilitation plan to keep patients motivated and engaged in their journey. She has gained experience working at various sports events, including the New Zealand Touch Nationals, National Tag Tournament, and New Zealand Masters Games. Kirsten has also worked with athletes in rugby league, hockey, basketball, netball, and athletic events. She has a keen interest in chronic pain and rehabilitation, taking a holistic approach to each individual's journey.
