Let me introduce myself, I'm Sarah, the founder of SDB. My passion for beauty began at the young age of 12 when I received a mascara as a Christmas gift. By the time I was 13, I was already doing makeup for my family and friends. This love for makeup led me to pursue a qualification in Makeup Artistry at the age of 17.

In September 2018, I stumbled upon a video on Facebook showcasing the art of eyelash extensions. Intrigued by this technique, I decided to explore the possibility of offering this service. I quickly enrolled in a course and set up a beauty salon from my home by renting a cabin. At the end of 2018, I took a leap of faith and made beauty my full-time career.

As the years went by, I expanded my services beyond makeup and classic eyelash extensions. By the end of 2019, I introduced pre-made volume lashes, brow services, tints, henna, and spray tans to cater to a wider range of beauty needs. During this time, I dedicated myself to improving my techniques, sourcing high-quality products, and providing exceptional service to my clients.

In June 2021, I had the opportunity to train in flat lash volume by renowned lash artist Renee Mikklesen from Seriously Lashes in New Zealand. This training has allowed me to exclusively offer flat lashes and the Seriously Lashes technique for hand-made Russian volume lashes.
