Reviews
"Bloody Amazing went on a school trip so had a guided tour of the place over the day ended up going back on the following weekend a must see if needing something to do."
"Avoid this July! My experience was really disappointing and I believe it was a waste of my money. It's a mess. Attending at night for the illuminate event will probably be better. My score doesn't reflect on the front of house staff at the main entrance and train driver who were all warm and friendly."
"Ferrymead Heritage Park is a great place to learn about Christchurch' history. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the exhibits are well-maintained. We had a great time exploring the park and learning about New Zealand's life style in the old day. We would definitely recommend a visit to Ferrymead Heritage Park to anyone interested in learning more about New Zealand's past."
"Absolutely brilliant place to visit. Used to be a real life village back in the day. Not only can you see home and shoes how they used to be and the different appliances you get to see museum's of various things. So interesting. We'll worth the visit. Be prepared to spend quite some time there. There is a lot to see."
"Absolutely fantastic. Hours of fun and fairly priced. We went on a week day and was very quiet, probably better at weekends when more events on and train is running. Would also recommend you bring a picnic as there are limited offerings at the cafe (front desk). Interesting for both adults and children, really recommend."
