"Yesterday I called Skechers to get details of previous shoes I had purchased and the lady on the phone was so incredibly friendly and helpful. I was intending on buying more shoes online but because of the phonecall I went in store. It was busy but Tyresha (found name from other reviews) was managing everyone wonderfully. She was able to help me find the right shoes for me and I went down a size which means I would have got the wrong size if I’d ordered online. She was so helpful and I’m really impressed with her service, friendliness and ability to manage multiple customers at once!"
