"The bed is really comfortable and a great price especially with the sale. Customer service needs serious attention. Salesperson greeted us but didn't bother to get up and come and talk to us about our needs. Was a lovely girl but her dress appearance wasn't that great l. We had to tell her the brand and price of the mattress we were buying and also the the types of pillows and again price. Lacked knowledge of if old mattress could be removed and how much. Delivery was awesome, fast and efficient"
"Brought 2 beds from Beds 4 U Matamata. Extremely good customer service from weekend staff. Very friendly and helpful. Will try their best to help with anything. Bed base I brought a few years back is very good and comfortable but is a bit difficult to put together. Second bed which is a foldaway bed is extremely comfortable. The cats pinched it the first week but are now letting me share with them. Daughter also tried pinching it the first week. Definitely recommend Matamata Beds 4 U for their extremely good friendly customer skills. They also accept social calls when they aren’t too busy."
