"So this goes out to Jean, my daughter and I are so grateful to you for coming to the rescue when you did! We are not from Matamata and we’re just passing through (the night before) when I noticed something terribly wrong with the car. Because it was so late and nothing was open at 2am I pulled over and spent the night in the car until early the next morning when I started googling and came across ‘Auto Super Shoppe Matamata’ I managed to speak to Jean at 7: 00am who came straight down and not only fixed the issue, but also ran the computer and cleared a code which was causing engine light to come on. He gave me such supportive advice and made sure my daughter and I were safe to continue. (I had told him I was just trying to get home in time for my sons first Rugby game, and because of the situation we were unsure if we were going to make it). Seriously, because of this guy...Not only did we make it home safely, he didn’t charge me a single cent! All he asked for, was a review if I had time. This guy is an asset to this business and deserves a pay rise! (Perhaps a week off next year also for Beachop in Whanga!) So there’s the review Jean and cannot Thankyou enough!
